"Satisfy all the dimension in the part drawing, run 1 hour continuously for acceptance test" that is what we have enforced since establishment. To make the production stable and efficient, the main dimensions must be more than CPK1.33 and maintain 90% of working press rate. Also Numasho tooling can reduce time of setting tooling (Quick die change).

Numasho’s "sho" means labor saving machine. Indeed transfer tooling is one of labor saving, we also manufacture and sell transfer unit and other automation machinery.

Consulting, Planning, Sales of the Total Transfer System.

Please let us know before the beginning of transfer stamping production. We suggest rational, efficient of the total transfer system fitting with the budget. Also we select secondhand press machine or new press machine to fit with the production life and quantity.

Stamping (Mass- Production, Prototype Samples)

Prototype It may be difficult or has a doubt to run by transfer tooling from beginning requires a prototype tooling and its samples. Numasho quickly makes small number to 2000pcs of samples stamped by manual presses. Mass Production We are capable of running monthly production of 100k to 150k with our existing press machine.
